The carpet looked stained and outdated, giving the room a less inviting feel. I noticed that the staff could have been more responsive when issues arose, like with the towel situation. Overall, it had some positives, yet there are definite areas that need improvement to enhance the overall experience.

I was almost going to leave a good review, but the bed was such a disaster that I barely slept! We had to ask for a second towel after only receiving one. Don't even get me started on breakfast, a sad excuse for a meal that woudl ve been embarrassing for a cheap motel. I expected so much more.

The location was fantastic for outdoor fun, just a short drive to hike or hit the slopes at Eagle Point Ski Resort. My daughter loved the comfy beds and the clean, spacious room. The staff was super friendly and helped us settle in quickly.
